The shipments, but various agreements, will be carried out to average conveyors defined edited by The Wall of Rock or its delegate. In this case, and only when is debited the shipping costs, the goods travels to our risk.
In case of theft/loss The Wall of Rock is engaged to send a new product and, where the same one had indisponibile and/or to be exausted, it will propose a various product, but with equivalent characteristics, with faculty for the customer not accepting such new product and demanding the emission of famous of credit relative to the product.
In the hypothesis that the conveyor is person in charge to whichever title it from the customer, The Wall of Rock will not be responsible of the loss and/or damage since the moment when the product will be delivered to the carrier near the own warehouses.
The time of delivery, pure indicative is of approximately 5/10 work days to you from the date of the order, the same one could to endure variations for employee causes they do not give The Wall of Rock.
The delivery, but various agreement written between the parts, will be in the office timetables: till 8,30 until 12.30; till 15,30 until 19,30, every day, not festive, from Monday to Friday.
